Ah. Its finally Friday. Not that I’m doing anything over summer anyways besides tutoring other students…Spent the day learning from Lennart Green effects. As usual. Forgive me,  I took the pictures later in the day than I usually do.

Streamline is supposed to be a ’budget’ type deck of cards. This cost me somewhere between 2 and 3$ at a Rite Aid. This was before I figured out it was a Streamline deck. Screw it.

Availability: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ○ ○
These are quite available. But why in the world would you even want them.

Life/Finish: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ○ ○ ○ ○ ○ ○

If you had a choice between these and smooth alladins, You choose alladins. Not these. it’s a plasticky card. Which means slippery. No fanning for you. Spreads are uneven. Your well practice magic sleights are now crap. Etc. etc…yea…Life on the other hand is ok. Its plastic so it has higher sweat/heat resistance. Which makes these good for card counting and throwing and such.

Faro: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ○ ○ ○ ○ ○

Nothing you can’t work with. I’m just going to be unfavorable towards the shoddy control quality on the printing though.

Back Design: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ○ ○ ○ ○ ○

The really bad quality control on the printing. Makes this deck. One way. On the other hand, it’s a ‘solid’ one color design that comes in red and blue. it’s a flowery and flowery stemmy motif of some sort. Not my type of card. But whatever.

Card throwing : ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  ○ ○ ○ ○
Throwing? You’re throwing your cards around? Shame on you. I mean. .. ..I was doing that card spin to bounce juggling thing where it keeps on bouncing off the back of your hand thing. Whatever that’s called. The cards popped some of my blood vessels or something. Oh well. So. They’re good for hurting ppl if you’re accurate..? Plastic does give it weight I guess.

-Aren’t you glad I write these posts. Now you know what to avoid. Streamlines. We’ll keep it short. You have better options out there.  They’re plasticky cards. Not the best in terms of consistency. Not at all. You won’t get better using these. You won’t enjoy using these either. You’ll like that they’re available and have a long plastic life. Streamlines. They’re generic stick your brand on it cards. In this case. Rite Aid. That one pharmacy drugstore supermarket chain store thing. Uh huh. Whatever. I wouldn’t use these. But I do. Because. They were lying around
